Speaking & Signings

Bring a Five Crow author to your event

Every book we publish began as a story someone believed could make a difference. Our authors carry that story best in person—at a signing table, in front of a congregation, at a conference podium, or around a book-club circle.

Browse the authors below, then tell us about your event. We'll check availability, coordinate the details with you, and make sure there are books on hand for readers who want to take the conversation home.

  • Bookstore signings
  • Libraries & book clubs
  • Churches & faith communities
  • Conferences & associations
  • Civic & garden clubs
  • Workshops & retreats
  • Podcasts & virtual events

How booking works

  1. Tell us about your event

Send the request form below with your date, place, audience, and what you have in mind. Not sure which author fits? Say so—we'll suggest one.

  2. We confirm the details

We check the author's availability and come back to you with format, timing, and any fee or travel arrangements, so everything is agreed in writing before the date.

  3. We make sure there are books

We coordinate books for signing and sale—through your local bookstore, your own order, or directly from us—plus a photo, bio, and one-sheet for your promotion.

For event planners

How far ahead should we ask?

As early as you can. Four to six weeks is usually enough for a signing or book club; conferences and keynotes do best with three to six months.

What does it cost?

It depends on the author, the format, and the travel. Tell us your budget—including if it's book sales only—and we'll tell you plainly what's possible.

Can an author appear virtually?

Many can. Book clubs, podcasts, classes, and small groups often work beautifully by video. Choose "Virtual" on the form.

How do book sales work?

Your venue or a local bookseller can sell books, you can order copies in advance, or we can arrange sales at the event. We'll sort it out together when we confirm.

We're a bookstore. Can we host a signing?

Yes, please. Use the form and choose "Book signing"—we'll confirm ordering, returns, and promotion with you directly.
