Proposal or Publishing?

Once your manuscript is ready, the creative team at Five Crow Press will set a Zoom meeting with you to discuss your publishing goals and priorities.

If you prefer to pursue a traditional publishing deal, we’ll help you craft your pitch, including a query letter, full proposal, comparable titles, and author bio. Then we’ll help you research and curate a list of prospective agents and coach you through submitting your manuscript, responding to agents, and landing your book deal.

If your priority is speed, creative control, higher profit margins, and having books in hand for your speaking, coaching, and sales endeavors, we’ll begin our Publish and Print on Demand (POD) production process. Guiding you step by step through our book production and publishing process, we’ll help polish your manuscript, design your cover, write your jacket copy, and lay out the book’s interior pages to produce a full galley for your review.

While you review it one last time, we’ll begin creating a marketing plan, media kit, web page, and preparations for your book’s launch. All of our services are options for you to consider. We’ll work with you every step of the way to build in careful consideration of your time and budget constraints to tailor your project to your individual priorities.
